Clic2Track is a workforce attendance control solution that allows:

• Facial biometric registration of employees at specific work locations
• Work presence verification through supervisors
• Offline functionality on mobile devices and Mac computers with M1 chip
• Attendance record management for security guards, cleaning staff and other workers

3. ACCESS AND AUTHORIZED USERS

Access to Clic2Track is restricted exclusively to:

• Employees of companies that maintain a valid contract with Avancys S.A.S
• Users who possess valid credentials provided by their company (company NIT, username and password)
• Authorized personnel with specific profiles: "Employee" and "Supervisor"

4. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

4.1 Biometric Data

• Facial images captured only during the attendance registration process
• These images are processed locally on the device for identity verification
• Biometric data is not stored permanently nor transmitted to external servers

4.2 Location Data

• GPS coordinates of the specific point where the registration is made
• This information is used exclusively to verify that the employee is at their assigned workplace

4.3 Account Information

• Access credentials provided by the employing company
• NIT of the contracting company
• Assigned user profile (Employee or Supervisor)

4.4 Analytics Data (Optional)

• Technical information about application performance
• Error or failure logs for service improvement
• This data is completely anonymous and does not contain personally identifiable information

5. USE OF INFORMATION

The information collected is used exclusively to:

• Verify employee identity through facial recognition
• Confirm worker presence at their assigned work location
• Generate work attendance records
• Enable supervision of work schedule compliance
• Improve the technical functioning of the application (anonymous analytics data only)

6. SHARING INFORMATION

6.1 Analytics Data

We only share anonymous analytics data about the technical performance of the application, which:

• Does not contain personally identifiable information
• Is used exclusively to improve app functionality
• Can be disabled by the user from the application settings

6.2 Business Information

Generated attendance records are shared only with:

• The employing company that contracted our services
• Authorized supervisors within the client organization

7. STORAGE AND SECURITY

7.1 Local Storage

• The application operates primarily offline
• Data is stored locally on the user's device
• Synchronization with servers is performed only when necessary

7.2 Security Measures

• We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data
• Access to information is restricted to authorized personnel
• We use encryption to protect sensitive data during transmission

8. USER RIGHTS

Users have the right to:

• Know what personal information is collected and how it is used
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Disable sending analytics data from the app settings
• Request information about the processing of their personal data

9. DATA RETENTION

• Attendance records are maintained according to legal and contractual requirements
• Biometric data is processed only during registration and is not stored permanently
• Information is deleted when the contractual relationship ends, except for legal obligations

10. MINORS

Clic2Track is designed exclusively for work use by employees of legal age. We do not intentionally collect information from minors under 18 years of age.
